Exile Wins 2026 Signal Award for Best Sound Design

Written By Antica Productions

Another win for Antica! We’re proud to announce that Exile, produced in partnership with the Leo Baeck Institute, has won a 2026 Signal Gold Award for Best Sound Design!

Exile explores Jewish lives under the shadow of fascism, bringing untold stories from the Leo Baeck Institute’s vast archive to life.

A special shoutout to this season’s incredible narrator, award-winning screen and stage actor Joshua Malina! Through immersive storytelling, each episode draws on intimate letters, diaries and interviews to offer a personal glimpse into the experiences of Jewish people throughout history.

At Antica, we’re always looking for the most impactful way to tell stories, and this recognition celebrates the incredible sound design that helps make these powerful stories resonate with listeners.

Season 5 of Exile is available now anywhere you listen to your podcasts. Congratulations to the entire Exile team!
